VESSEL SPECIFICATION

Description:

Pacific Seacraft 40'

This beautiful yacht is designed by the renowned Bill Crealock, (hull number 41) built in Fullerton, California by Pacific Seacraft Corporation. Commissioned in Falmouth, England in April 2000, she is a testament to her impeccable design and build quality. The original owners safely cruised over 30,000 nautical miles, taking her across the UK, Baltic, NW Europe, Spain and Portugal, and even across the Atlantic in 2005.

Purchased by her current owners in 2016, she was upgraded with state-of-the-art electronics and power systems and new Lifeline 210Ah AGM house batteries (November 2022) to ensure long periods spent at anchor without the need to run the generator regularly. Although delayed by Covid, she finally set sail from the UK in July 2021, crossing via northern Spain, Portugal, Madeira and the Canaries to the Caribbean, where she has spent the past two seasons between Grenada and Antigua and Barbuda.

It's worth noting that this Pacific Seacraft PS 40 has a versatile interior layout that can accommodate up to seven people comfortably by lower the saloon table making it even more versatile for a larger crew. This feature is perfect for family or friends who want to enjoy an extended sailing trip.

This yacht has proven to be a reliable and fast sailor, averaging 156nm per day for the 700nm crossing from northern Portugal to Madeira. She has always felt safe and secure, even in big seas and strong winds, and has provided her current owners with a comfortable home for many months at anchor and on the dock. Having fulfilled their aim of cruising two-handed for 8,000 nautical miles, now ready for new owners to take her on her next adventure.

The perfect vessel for anyone looking for a safe and reliable sailing yacht that has already proven herself on long voyages. With her impeccable design and build quality, and the upgrades made to her electronics and power systems, she is ready for new owners to set sail on their own adventures. And what better place to start your next adventure than the beautiful island of Antigua? Don't miss out on the opportunity to make this Pacific Seacraft PS 40 yours today!
